NEW YORK, April 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM) (the "Company") plans to announce its results and dividend for the 2012 first quarter on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in a press release that will be issued prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange.  The press release will also be available on the Class A Shareholders page of the Company's website ( www.ozcap.com).
