J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities ( USA) LLC acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers for the incremental term loan.
In conjunction with the credit facility amendment, today the Company delivered to the holders of its outstanding 11% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (the "Notes") an irrevocable notice that it will redeem the entire $130 million of outstanding aggregate principal of Notes.
