Magnetek, Inc. To Hold Its Annual Stockholder Meeting On May 1st And Announce Its Fiscal 2012 First Quarter Results On May 9th

On May 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: MAG) will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at its headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis. The meeting will be chaired by the Company’s chairman, Mitchell Quain, and following the proceedings, the Company’s president and chief executive officer, Peter McCormick, will present the transition period 2011 management report to stockholders. The Company’s six-month transition period ended on January 1, 2012.

In a subsequent event, on May 9, 2012 before commencement of trading on NASDAQ, Magnetek will announce the results of its fiscal 2012 first quarter, which ended on April 1, 2012. A conference call with Magnetek management will follow at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

Magnetek’s annual meeting of stockholders, as well as its fiscal 2012 first quarter results conference call, will be webcast on the Investor Relations page of the Company’s Web site at www.magnetek.com. Both presentations will be supplemented by slides appearing on the Company’s Web site. Listeners are encouraged to view these materials in conjunction with each event. Replays of the annual stockholders’ meeting and fiscal 2012 first quarter results conference call will be available on the Company’s Web site for a limited period of time.
