BOSTON, April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable May 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2012.
