Raystream™ Announces Two New Senior Executive Team Members

Raystream Inc. (OTC BB: RAYS ), a global HD video compression services company, announced the appointment of two new senior executives to its management team. Ivan Boyd has joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, and Tommy Kovatch is now Vice President of Operations.

Boyd is a veteran sales and management executive with more than 25 years of experience in technology related solutions spanning numerous industries. Previously, he was involved in several entrepreneurial ventures, including Boyd Strategic Consultants, 1-800-DOCTORS, and Diversinet.

Additionally, Boyd has led sales and marketing divisions for several companies, and spent 14 years in management for Digital Equipment Corp., ultimately managing the responsibility for the Company's healthcare market worldwide.

Tommy Kovatch brings more than 10 years of sound entrepreneurial perspective, operational expertise, and proven leadership to Raystream. Prior to joining the management team, Tommy founded and spearheaded the working structure, implementation, and growth of three private companies, overseeing daily operations and logistics, and managing a host of decentralized divisions that generated sales volume in excess of $10 million per year.

Before embarking as an entrepreneur, Kovatch honorably served in the U.S. Navy. He worked at the Pentagon and the Bureau of Naval Personnel. He was meritoriously promoted twice during his naval tour, and was awarded with five Flag Letters of Commendation, the Navy Achievement Medal, and the Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal as a direct result of his excellence in leadership and dedicated service.
