NFP P&C Announces Acquisition Of Ameribonds Surety

NEW YORK, April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- National Financial Partners Corp. (NFP P&C) has acquired Ameribonds Surety & Insurance Services (Ameribonds Surety), effective April 2, 2012.

Ameribonds Surety is a surety and insurance services business headquartered in Mt. Vernon, IL.  Ameribonds Surety utilizes a web-based platform to act as an intermediary to place business, predominantly surety policies.
