Sheer received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. She is a member of The Boston Club; manages Carbonite's year-round legal internship program; and was recently nominated to the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts Board of Directors.
Honorees were selected by a panel drawn from Lawyers Weekly's editorial department and representatives of the legal community, who reviewed nominations submitted by members of the bar and industry experts. Lawyers Weekly and the Massachusetts Bar Association will celebrate Excellence in the Law on Thursday, May 10. The sixth annual Excellence in the Law gala will honor the recipients of their Excellence in Legal Journalism, Daniel F.
