Set to benefit from the availability of a wide variety of discounted crudes at its Gulf Coast refineries, Citigroup said. Vivus (VVUS) price target was boosted at Bank of Merrill/Merrill Lynch to $30. Now model an 80% likelihood of Qnexa being approved in 2012, BofA/Merrill said.
