BALTIMORE, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) will report its first quarter 2012 earnings results at 7:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, followed by a conference call to discuss the results at 9:30 a.m. ET.
