(NYSE: CCG), a leading developer, builder, owner and manager of high-quality, purpose-built student housing under The Grove ® brand, today announced that its co-founder, co-chairman and CEO Ted Rollins will participate in “The State of the Student Housing Industry Heading into the 2012-2013 Academic and Leasing Season” panel at the 4 th Annual Interface Student Housing conference, scheduled to take place at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, Texas from April 3 rd-5 th.
The panel, scheduled to take place April 4 th from 9:05 - 9:55 a.m., will be moderated by Randy Shearin, editor of Student Housing Business and SVP of France Media, Inc. In addition to Mr. Rollins, the panel features a number of prominent industry executives including Rob Bronstein, president of The Scion Group; Peter Katz, senior vice president of investments at Institutional Property Advisors; Donna Preiss, founder and CEO of The Preiss Company; and Brian Thompson, senior vice president of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. The panelists will comment on the latest student housing trends and developments pertinent to the upcoming 2012-2013 academic and leasing season.
