GasLog Ltd. (“GasLog”) announced today that its public offering of 23,500,000 common shares was priced at $14.00 per share. The underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,525,000 additional common shares from GasLog at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
The shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 30, 2012 under the ticker symbol “GLOG”. The offer is expected to close on April 4, 2012.
