Mark N. Schroeder will speak at
8:50 a.m. Mountain Time at the Barclays 2012 High Yield Bond and Syndicated Loan Conference on
Monday, March 26 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. Interested investors may access a live audio webcast or a replay of the presentation at

On Tuesday, March 27, Schroeder will speak at 3:30 p.m. Central Time at the Howard Weil Annual Energy Conference at The Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans.

8:20 a.m. Eastern Time on
Wednesday, March 28 at the Biltmore Coral Gables in Miami.
