Not a very positive stock market overall. There's more to the market overall than just Apple obviously. Equity markets are currently more U.S. centric than their overseas peers. Is this a more durable trend or just some short-term phenomenon? This is hard to know currently but it seems the economic contraction in Europe and China matter. U.S. markets can't separate or go their own way for long in this globalized economy.
More housing data will continue throughout the week with Wednesday's featured report coming from Existing Home Sales.
