Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG), the national chain of burrito restaurants known for serving Food With Integrity, today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss first quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 4:30 PM Eastern time.
