Lincoln SVP Named To Savoy Magazine's Most Influential Blacks In Corporate America

RADNOR, Pa., March 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Allison Green, Senior Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion for Lincoln Financial Group, has been named to Savoy Magazine's 2012 Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America (Savoy Top 100).

In her role, Ms. Green oversees the company's diversity and inclusion practices that influence the workplace, marketplace and the communities where Lincoln Financial operates. She also oversees diversity and inclusion strategy and implementation.

Green currently serves on the Urban League of Philadelphia Board of Directors, and the National Diversity Council, Pennsylvania Chapter Board of Directors.  In 2011, Black Enterprise Magazine honored Green as one of the Top Executives in Diversity.  She has led, volunteered, and contributed to several community and nonprofit organizations around Philadelphia.

She earned her B.A. in Psychology at Spelman College and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Howard University.
