American Tower (AMT) upgraded at JP Morgan to Overweight from Neutral, JP Morgan said. $72 price target. Lower relative premium valuation and 13-17% underperformance.

Anadarko Petroleum (APC) upgraded at Stifel from Hold to Buy, Stifel Nicolaus said. $100 price target. Visibility is improving as new projects ramp up.

Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) upgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Citigroup (C) downgraded at JP Morgan to Neutral from Buy, JP Morgan said. $42.50 price target. Fed stress test failure delays capital return.

Crown Castle (CCI) downgraded at JP Morgan to Neutral from Overweight, JP Morgan said. $55 price target. Limited catalysts post S&P 500 Index inclusion.
