NEW YORK, March 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) announced today that it will report results for the first quarter of 2012 after the market closes on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. The earnings announcement will be available in the Investors/News & Events section of the Company's corporate Web site, www.cbscorporation.com .

The Company will then conduct a teleconference call at 4:30 PM, ET. The call is open to the general public. The domestic conference call number is (877) 440-5803. Please call at least five minutes in advance to ensure that you are connected prior to the presentation. The international dial-in number is (719) 325-4925.
