Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (NYSE: HLX) announced today that it has signed a contract with Sembcorp Marine’s subsidiary Jurong Shipyard in Singapore for the construction of its newbuild semisubmersible well intervention vessel previously announced by Helix in February.
