PC Mall, Inc. (NASDAQ:MALL) today announced that its Board of Directors has set the close of business on April 27, 2012 as the record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the Company’s 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Company expects to hold its Annual Meeting on June 25, 2012.
In addition, the Company announced that the deadline for timely submitting stockholder proposals for potential inclusion in the proxy statement for the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been set at April 13, 2012. In order for a stockholder proposal to be considered for inclusion in the proxy statement, it must be received by the Company on or prior to the close of business on April 13, 2012 (5:00 p.m., PST) at its principal executive offices at 1940 E. Mariposa Ave., El Segundo, California 90245. Notices of stockholder proposals or director nominations intended to be presented at the 2012 Annual Meeting must also be received on or prior to the close of business on April 13, 2012 (5:00 p.m., PST) at the same address.
