Chevron Lubricants, maker of the Delo
brand of technologically advanced engine oils, lubricants and coolants, today unveiled an expanded relationship with Red Eye Radio (formerly Midnight Trucking Radio). Chevron’s Delo brand will support all major Red Eye Radio events and programs during 2012, including an appearance at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) by country music icon Randy Travis and a sponsorship of the Million Mile Club.

Chevron is a sponsor of Red Eye Radio’s MATS Jamboree. This year, the Jamboree features multi-platinum artist Randy Travis. He will greet visitors in the Red Eye Radio MATS lobby booth (South Wing Lobby A #41064), sign autographs and take pictures with show attendees on March 23, from 10:00-12:00.
Mr. Travis ranks as one of country music’s top-selling artists of all time. His honors include, 18 #1 singles, 29 Top 10 chartings, one triple platinum album, two double platinum’s, eight platinum albums, and 10 gold albums. Major industry career awards include seven GRAMMY Awards, five Country Music Association Awards (CMA), 10 Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM), 10 American Music Awards (AMA), two People’s Choice Awards, and eight Dove Awards from the Gospel Music Association.
Million Mile Club
Established in 1992, the Chevron Delo sponsored program is one of the most prestigious honors in the trucking industry. The Red Eye Radio Million Mile Club honors truck drivers with one million miles of accident-free driving. As a new inductee to the club, each driver receives a personalized Million Mile Club jacket provided by Chevron Delo, a Million Mile Club membership card and a gift from the other participating sponsors.
Chevron Delo will also be sponsoring Red Eye Radio activities at the Great West Truck Show, Great American Trucking Show
and the Walcott Truckers Jamboree
