BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group Celebrates National Ravioli Day March 20, 2012

In honor of National Ravioli Day, BRAVO! Cucina Italiana (BRAVO!) and BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO), BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group (NASDAQ: BBRG) concepts, will offer all Ravioli dishes at half price on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

“We like to celebrate and share our passion for classic and creative Italian food,” said Phil Yandolino, founding chef of BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group. “It’s our way of thanking our loyal guests for their continued support and to encourage them to try something new.”

Guests are invited to indulge in BRAVO!’s four delicious Ravioli dishes as lunch entrees, dinner appetizer or dinner portions at half price:

Crispy Mozzarella Ravioli, served with marinara and creamy horseradish sauce, will be offered for $5.00 all day.

Cheese Ravioli Al Forno, a housemade cheese ravioli striped with basil-pine nut pesto and tomato sauces over Alfredo sauce, will be served as a lunch entrée or dinner appetizer for $5.50.

Chianti Braised Beef Ravioli is a Sangiovese braised beef-filled ravioli served with roasted sweet potatoes, brown butter and sage will be offered as a half-price lunch entrée for $4.75 and dinner entrée for $6.50.

Lobster Ravioli Alla Vodka, BRAVO!’s newest addition is served with sautéed shrimp and tomatoes in a tomato cream sauce and will be offered for $6.00 at lunch and $8.50 at dinner.

Guests are invited to participate in National Ravioli Day at BRIO on March 20 by enjoying BRIO’s Ravioli dishes at half price:

Ravioli Caprese, Romano crusted ravioli topped with tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella and pesto drizzle, all day as an appetizer for $5.25.

Mushroom Ravioli, baked in a signature Alfredo sauce and topped with toasted Parmesan bread crumbs and tomatoes, will be available as a lunch portion for $7.68 and a dinner portion for $8.45.

Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli with Crab Insalata, with lemon vinaigrette and a Limoncello butter sauce, will be available for dinner for $9.98.
