Connecticut MLS Sends Listings To Zillow

www.ctreal.com), whereby CT MLS listings will appear on the Yahoo!-Zillow® Real Estate Network and across Zillow's popular platform of mobile apps. According to comScore® Media Metrix, the Yahoo!-Zillow Real Estate Network is the largest real estate network on the Web, and the most-visited real estate entity in
Hartford and
New Haven, Conn.[i]

The partnership will provide certain protections to CT MLS: CT MLS listings will be displayed only on the Yahoo!-Zillow Real Estate Network, the listings will take priority over listings from other data sources unless a broker provides their listings to Zillow in a direct feed and the listings will be updated multiple times each day to ensure accuracy of listings data.
