Chico's Declares Cash Dividend Of $0.0525 Per Share

FORT MYERS, Fla., March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Chico's FAS, Inc. (NYSE: CHS) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0525 per share on its common stock.  The dividend will be payable on March 26, 2012 to Chico's FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2012.
