Thermo Fisher Scientific Initiates Dividend

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO), the world leader in serving science, today announced that its board of directors has approved the initiation of a quarterly cash dividend to its shareholders – the first in the company’s history.

The initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share will be paid on April 16 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15. Future declarations of dividends are subject to board approval and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.
