(the "Company") (OTCQB: IXMD) (CNSX: IMD) today announces that the share registrar and transfer agent of the Company has been changed to Computershare Investor Services Inc. of 510 Burrard Street, 3rd Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 3B9, effective from February 23, 2012.

All share transfers and other transfer agency matters for the Company should now be directed to Computershare rather than Island Stock Transfer, which has resigned at the Company's request.
