Coach Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Coach, Inc. (NYSE: COH, SEHK: 6388), a leading marketer of modern classic American accessories, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2012.
