NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

ASA Gold and Precious Metals Ltd. : Approximately 11,200 shares changed hands, a 80.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.09 or .3 percent to $27.71.

Amrep Corp. : Approximately 1,400 shares changed hands, a 86.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $8.63.

Babson Corporate Investors Inc. : Approximately 2,200 shares changed hands, a 86.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.16 or .9 percent to $17.42.

Blackrock California Municipal 2018 Term Trust : Approximately 1,100 shares changed hands, a 80.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.05 or .3 percent to $16.44.

Culp Inc. : Approximately 1,600 shares changed hands, a 82.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.02 or .2 percent to $9.73.

Eastern American Natural Gas Trust : Approximately 400 shares changed hands, a 87.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.06 or .3 percent to $22.97.

Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corp. class A : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 89.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.05 or .4 percent to $13.70.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. class B : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 91.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.25 or 1.6 percent to $15.52.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Eastern Europe Fund : Approximately 3,300 shares changed hands, a 77.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .1 percent to $16.05.
