Buckeye Partners (BPL) downgraded at Citigroup to Sell from Neutral, Citigroup said. $58 price target. High leverage and low distribution coverage.

Bunge (BG) upgraded to Buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Broadcom (BRCM) downgraded at Benchmark from Buy to Hold, Benchmark said. Valuation call, as the stock is up 28% year-to-date.

DuPont (DD) rated new Equal-weight at Morgan Stanley. $56 price target. Risk/reward is balanced at current levels.

Credit Suisse Group (CS) downgraded to sell at TheStreet Ratings.

Estee Lauder (EL) downgraded at Citigroup to Neutral from Sell, Citigroup said. $64 price target. Higher investment spending and possible macro headwinds.

Ensco (ESV) upgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Buy, Goldman Sachs said. Company should see increased pricing.

First Solar (FSLR) downgraded at Brigantine from Buy to Hold, Brignatine said. Valuation call, as installations have slown down in 2012.

FMC Technologies (FTI) downgraded at Global Hunter from Buy to Neutral, Global Hunter said. Valuation call.

Marvell (MRVL) downgraded at Benchmark from Buy to Hold, Benchmark said. Valuation call, as the stock is already pricing in potential near-term catalysts.

Noble (NE) upgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Buy, Goldman Sachs said. Market for jackups and floaters remains tight.

NetApp (NTAP) downgraded at ThinkEquity from Buy to Hold, ThinkEquity said. $42 price target. Company is facing increased competition and 8.1 product cycle is not ramping as quickly as expected.

Nvidia (NVDA) upgraded at FBR from Market Perform to Outperform, FBR Capital Markets said. $20 price target. Stock appears to be at the bottom of its trading range.

Oceaneering International (OII) upgraded at Goldman. OII was upgraded to Buy. Company was also placed on the Conviction List. Company has leverage to higher deepwater drilling activity.

Sandridge Energy (SD) upgraded at Stifel from Hold to Buy, Stifel Nicolaus said. $10.50 price target. Company also added to the select list as the balance sheet has improved materially.
