The Wendy’s Company Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend Of $0.02 Per Share; Provides Details Regarding Fourth-Quarter And Full-Year 2011 Earnings Release And Webcast

The Wendy’s Company (NASDAQ: WEN) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share, payable on March 15, 2012 to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2012.

As of Jan. 1, 2012, the Company had approximately 390 million shares of common stock outstanding.

Company to Release Fourth-Quarter and Year-End Earnings on March 1

The Company will release its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2011, ended Jan. 1, 2012, before the market opens on Thursday, March 1, 2012. The Company previously reported its preliminary results on Jan. 30, 2012.

A live webcast and conference call will follow at 10 a.m. ET from the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.aboutwendys.com.
