ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) today announced it is rescheduling the release of its 2011 full-year and fourth-quarter earnings and 2012 guidance to Feb. 29, due to the complexities and time required to process and review historical financial data following the spin off of ITT’s defense and water businesses.
