Lear Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend By 12%

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA), a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical power management systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock to $0.14 per share from $0.125 per share, an increase of 12%.  The dividend is payable on March 21, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2012.
