I would now like to turn the presentation over to your host for today’s call, Mr. Shishir Verma, Head of Investor Relations. Please proceed.

Shishir Verma

Thank you, Erica. Welcome everyone welcome to Genpact’s earning call to discuss our results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011. With me, I have Tiger Tyagarajan, our President and Chief Executive Officer; and Mohit Bhatia, our Chief Financial Officer.

Our agenda for today is as follows. Tiger will begin with an overview of our results and our perspective on the current environment, followed by Mohit, who will discuss our financial performance in greater detail and then Tiger will have some closing comments.
