Magnetek, Inc. To Announce Its Transition Period 2011 Results On March 7th

On March 7, 2012, before commencement of trading on NASDAQ, Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: MAG) will announce the results of its transition period 2011 second and final quarter and six-month transition period, which ended on January 1, 2012. A conference call with Magnetek management will follow at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
