Cincinnati Financial Corporation Subsidiaries Announce Appointments And Promotions

CINCINNATI, Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Cincinnati Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CINF) announced today that boards of its subsidiary companies appointed directors, officers and counsel at their regular meetings on February 3, 2012.

Michael J. Sewell, chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer of Cincinnati Financial, was named as a director on the boards of all subsidiaries. The property casualty insurance subsidiaries named four senior vice presidents to their boards: Teresa C. Cracas, chief risk officer; John S. Kellington, chief information officer; Lisa A. Love, general counsel and secretary; and Stephen M. Spray, sales and marketing.
