Energy Finders, Inc. Announces Management Change And Enters Into Letter Of Intent

HONG KONG, China, Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - (OTC-EGYF.PK) Energy Finders, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding Letter of Intent with Yao Sun Loong Kong Chicken Group of Companies in Canada.

Yao Sun Loong Kong Chicken Group of Companies is Canadian based and focuses on Specialty Chicken breeding, Processing and Marketing.  The Yao Sun Group supply over 150 outlets with plans to expand into other National and International Poultry Markets with their Special brand of Poultry Products.  The Yao Sun Group cater to the fast growing Chinese Communities in North America and Internationally.  The Letter of Intent contemplates the Company providing expansion financing to the Yao Sun Group and the Company obtaining an option to purchase up to a 100% equity position in the Sun Yao Group.

The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. SUN Ling Xi, as its new President and Director, based in Shanghai, China. Mr. Sun is a Graduate of Beijing University and has held Management Positions in various State Owned Companies since early 1970's.

The Company has appointed Mr. CAO Yi Chang as a Chief Financial Officer and a Director. Mr. CAO is a Graduate of Harbin Technical University. Mr. CAO has held positions with Engineering & Architectural Companies since 1986, overseeing the Financial Departments of the Companies.
