Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE:PAG), an international automotive retailer, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an 11% increase in the Company’s dividend to $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on February 10, 2012.
