NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening.

Qualcomm (QCOM): "I need to wait and see. I think it should be good but I need to wait and see what they say."

Terex (TEX): "I'm not going to buy that one when I can buy Caterpillar (CAT). I even like Manitowoc (MTW) more."

Polycom (PLCM): "That was a bad quarter. It's too hard. I'd go buy Cisco Systems (CSCO) instead."

Under Armour (UA): "I liked this quarter. They have a lot of new products."

Northern Oil and Gas (NOG): "A higher quality play is EOG Resources (EOG) or Continental Resources (CLR). They all need to come down before we pull the trigger though."

IBM (IBM): "I think IBM goes higher and those numbers are doable. They are doing everything right and they'll do it again."

Ares Capital (ARCC): "I need to send you to Annaly Capital (NLY). It has a higher yield and is higher quality."
