The Wendy’s Company Announces Timing Of Preliminary Fourth Quarter 2011 Results And Investor Day Conference Call

The Wendy’s Company (NASDAQ: WEN) announced today that it will release preliminary fourth quarter and full-year 2011 financial results on Monday, January 30, before the market opens.
The Company is hosting an Investor Day at NASDAQ MarketSite beginning at 10:30 a.m. ET that day. Management plans to discuss key strategic initiatives, preliminary full-year 2011 results and the Company’s outlook for 2012. A live webcast with slides will be accessible from the Company's website, at www.aboutwendys.com. A conference call can also be accessed live over the phone by dialing 877-572-6014 or for international callers by dialing 281-913-8524. A replay will be available two hours after the call and can be accessed by dialing 855-859-2056, or for international callers by dialing 404-537-3406; the conference ID for the call and replay is 45138304.
