AptarGroup, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend; Announces Quarterly Conference Call And Annual Meeting Information

DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.22 per share. The payment date is February 22, 2012, to stockholders of record as of February 1, 2012.

The Board also announced that the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at the offices of Sidley Austin LLP, One South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois, on May 2, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. The record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting is March 8, 2012.
