GAAP diluted earnings per share were 60 cents, up from 52 cents a year before. The company paid a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. For the third quarter of fiscal 2012, Plantronics expects net revenue of $175 million to $185 million. GAAP operating income is estimated between $31 million and $37 million, while diluted EPS is pegged at 53 cents to 63 cents.
