Aberdeen Indonesia Fund, Inc. Announces Distribution

Aberdeen Indonesia Fund, Inc.
(NYSE AMEX: IF)
(the "Fund"), a closed-end equity fund, announced today that it will pay a dividend of
US$0.92924 per share on
January 13, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of
December 30, 2011. This distribution is comprised of
$0.15280 per share of net investment income,
$0.07625 per share of net realized short-term capital gains and
$0.70019 per share of net realized long-term capital gains.
In
January 2012, a Form 1099-DIV will be sent to shareholders, which will state the amount and composition of distributions and provide information with respect to their appropriate tax treatment for the 2011 calendar year.
The Fund is managed and advised by Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Limited. The Fund's shares trade on the NYSE AMEX under the symbol "IF".
