In addition to the cash prize, Ms. Jaret will be invited to discuss her submission during a webinar that will be hosted by the Information Law firm of Redgrave LLP.Cindy Pham of The University of Denver Sturm College of Law, with her submission titled Proportionality in E-Discovery: Relevancy, Burdens, and Discretion, and Scott Lucas of Faulkner University Jones School of Law, with his submission titled The Well Pleaded Discovery Request: Adding Discovery Requests to Pleadings, each received runner-up designations and each will be awarded $1,000 for their submissions.
