Avon Products Inc., up 82 cents at $16.96

The cosmetics company said it is looking for a new chief executive as the company tries to fix its financial and regulatory woes.

Lennox International Inc., down $1.95 at $31.99

The heating, air conditioning and refrigeration company backed this year's profit outlook and issued a profit prediction for 2012.

Joy Global Inc., down $9.11 at $75.44

The mining equipment maker said that production growth could moderate as demand for commodities weakens due to the shaky economy.

Christopher & Banks Corp., up 2 cents at $2.50

The women's clothing chain said that it expects an operating loss in the third quarter. It also said it will suspend its dividend.

Nasdaq

First Solar Inc., down $9.12 at $33.45

The solar company cut its earnings and revenue estimates for 2011 due to weather delays and other issues with some company projects.

Broadcom Corp., up 26 cents at $28.45

The cellphone and cable set-top box chip maker said it expects fourth-quarter revenue at the high end of its previous forecast.

American Woodmark Corp., up 86 cents at $12.08

The cabinet maker said it will close factories and enact other cost cutting measures due to the weak housing market in the U.S.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., down $2.23 at $47.72

A Stifel Nicolaus analyst lowered the company's earnings estimates citing lower demand for its Keurig single-serve coffee systems.
