Patterson Companies Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Patterson Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDCO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share on December 13, 2011, payable on January 28, 2012 to shareholders of record on January 11, 2012.
