Thanks for everyone coming to our conference. This is the 39^th Annual Global Media and Communications Conference for UBS. And our first speaker for the morning is going to be TDS and USM. Ted Carlson, the President and CEO of TDS and we have Ken Meyers, Executive Vice President and CFO of TDS.

The format of the conversation is going to be, first, some opening comments made by Ted and Ken, and I am going to go straight to Q&A.

So thank you so much for joining us. I will just – I think the mic is working over there. We can just start off.
