Nicholas, Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and Diane L. Merdian, Chief Financial Officer, will meet with institutional  investors in Boston and New York during the week of November 28, 2011, and will present at the J.P. Morgan SMid Cap Conference in New York, NY, on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 10:15 a.m. Eastern Time, 7:15 a.m. Pacific Time.  The presentation at the J.P.
