Nov. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE:STAG) announces the acquisition of an
$8.1 million, approximately 191,450 square foot warehouse and distribution facility located in
Smithfield, North Carolina.
The building was constructed in 2001 and is 100% leased to OPW Fueling Containment Systems, Inc. ("OPW") with approximately ten years of remaining lease term. This acquisition brings STAG's total acquisition volume to approximately
$92 million since its IPO in
OPW is a subsidiary of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), a
$6.7 billion global manufacturer of industrial products. OPW designs and manufactures piping, containment systems and underground storage tank equipment.
