CIBER Wins Bid To Revamp Customer Service Systems For Security Service, Eighth Largest Credit Union In The U.S.

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Nov. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU), the eighth largest among nearly 7,500 credit unions in the U.S., has chosen CIBER to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems to enhance service for its 850,000 members.

The engagement will span multiple phases, starting with the CRM implementation for systems used by service center personnel. This will include automation of common customer requests, as well as business process redesign to optimize new system functionality.  Going forward, call center representatives will use the same system used by service center personnel. The change will simplify employee training, reduce opportunities for error, cut costs and expedite member care. After the initial implementation, CIBER will address upgrades for SSFCU's member service centers and branch offices. The project calls for consolidation of functions now handled in several different financial services applications into one user interface.
