This results in lower costs that can help transform a contact center into a revenue center. The newest addition to the ShoreTel portfolio, ShoreTel’s Mobility solution, extends the full power of an enterprise communication system to a mobile device, setting users free to communicate from any location by enabling access to any cellular or Wi-Fi network, simply and cost effectively. Additionally, not only is ShoreTel Mobility an inherent component of the ShoreTel Unified Communications system, but it also easily integrates with other IP-PBX systems, including those from Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, and UC systems such as Microsoft OCS.
