The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend
MARYSVILLE, Ohio, Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG), the world's largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.30 per share. The dividend is payable Friday, December 9, 2011, to shareholders of record on Friday, November 25, 2011.
